Compliance & Infrastructure Recovery Fee

The Compliance & Infrastructure Recovery Fee is designed to cover costs related to maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure that supports our services, as well as ensuring compliance with evolving industry standards and regulations. This fee helps us invest in essential operational systems and processes that ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our network.

Unlike taxes or government-mandated fees, the CIRF is specifically used to address the following:

  • Upgrading and maintaining network infrastructure to support high-quality communication services.
  • Implementing advanced security protocols to protect network integrity and customer data.
  • Meeting compliance requirements for network infrastructure imposed by industry standards and regulatory bodies.
  • Supporting the deployment of next-generation technologies that improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
