1. Overview
VoIPNETICS offers equipment for rental and purchase to meet the diverse needs of our business customers. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing both rental and purchase arrangements, including responsibilities for ordering, returns, and equipment care.
2. Equipment Rental Terms
2.1 Rental Eligibility
Rental is available to business customers with active VoIPNETICS service and subject to approval and equipment availability.
2.2 Rental Equipment Includes
- IP Phones
- PoE Switches
- DECT Phones & Base Stations
- Analog Telephone Adapters (ATAs)
- Routers/Provisioned Network Equipment
2.3 Rental Term and Billing
- Rentals are billed monthly and require a 36-month commitment term.
- Cancellation must be submitted in writing with 30 days’ notice.
- All rented equipment remains the property of VoIPNETICS.
2.4 Equipment Use and Condition
- Use equipment as intended and do not alter or tamper with hardware.
- Keep equipment clean, protected from damage, and plugged into appropriate power sources (surge protection recommended).
- Customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs due to negligence or misuse.
2.5 Malfunctions and Replacements
- VoIPNETICS will replace malfunctioning rented equipment due to normal wear and tear.
- Shipping charges may apply for replacements.
2.6 Lost, Damaged, or Unreturned Equipment
- Equipment not returned within 15 business days of cancellation or upgrade will be billed at full replacement cost.
- Damage due to misuse or neglect will incur charges.
2.7 Early Termination
- Early termination may result in a rental termination fee equal to the lesser of: (a) remaining monthly charges, or (b) a flat fee determined by VoIPNETICS.
3. Equipment Purchase Policies
3.1 Ordering Policies
Order Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of each order, including equipment models, quantities, and shipping addresses.
Shipping Delays: VoIPNETICS and its distributors are not responsible for courier delays or delivery disruptions.
Shipping Charges: You are responsible for all shipping fees, including costs incurred due to incorrect information provided during ordering
Order Inspection:
You have ten (10) days from delivery to inspect purchased items. If there is a discrepancy or missing item, notify VoIPNETICS via support ticket or email at support@voipnetics.com, referencing your order number. After ten days, the order is deemed complete and accepted.
3.2 Return Policies
- All equipment returns (whether rental or purchased) must be coordinated with VoIPNETICS support via support@voipnetics.com.
- Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by VoIPNETICS.
- All returned items must be in original packaging, include all accessories, and be in resellable condition (for non-defective purchases).
Returning Non-Defective Items:
- Must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition (as determined by the distributor).
- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs.
Returning Defective Items:
- Submit a support ticket or email support@voipnetics.com.
- Our Support Team will attempt to troubleshoot before initiating an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Once approved, equipment must be received by the distributor within 15 business days.
- Returns are subject to manufacturer’s policies and may include shipping fees.
4. Special Pricing & Promotions
If your purchase included free or discounted merchandise as part of a promotion, and you return part of the original order, you will be charged for any free items retained or the difference in discounted pricing.
5. Miscellaneous Terms
- VoIPNETICS may update this Equipment Rental and Purchase Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review the latest version before placing new orders or renewing services. The most current version will be posted at: voipnetics.com/policies
- VoIPNETICS is not liable for third-party costs such as labor, testing, or additional shipping charges.
